i want a book that gives you some tips to fish freshwater bass written by a pro
expecting everything in one book is thinking one person knows it all and if one person did know it all wouldn’t they be the best in the world? I have read all these, every issue of B A S S , In -Fisherman, Western Outdoor News and I’m sure many more. These are the books I have at home. I tell many people wanting to take up fishing here on answers to go to the library and check out books written by tournament winning anglers they all know things others don’t and in their books they share it all.

Actually, Amazon is the best place to buy books. Because of the insane competition you can usually get “used” books for under a buck + 3.99 s/h.
Anyway, great to see all those “old timers” in that list. I can’t believe KVD doesn’t have his own book yet.
I dont know about any tip books but I just read "Sowbelly" about the crazy guys that go after the world record bass. I highly recommend to my fellow fishing fools

Wouldn’t it be great if there was just one book that did it all. I’m in no mean a sophisticated fisherman but I do read a lot tying to get an edge. Very time consuming, especially in my profession where time equals money. I still love to bass fish though.
.-= Murrells Inlet Real estate´s last blog ..Myrtle Beach South Strand Real Estate – Cypress River Plantation =-.
I read a few of those, you’re on the right track.
“The Bass Angler’s Almanac” was pretty good too.
great post – I grew up on Lake Marion – one of the best bass fishing lakes in the south east!
Bass fishing is one of the best fish to catch. My favorite lures to use are jig with a 6″ plastic worm. Darker colors have seem to work good for me. Another great lure to use is the Banjo Minnow. The Banjo Minnow has landed a lot of monster bass for me in the past. Great write up.
I grew up bass fishing – I’m a worm guy myself
Big swimbait fan here in the South! Liked the article, but as far as best book I would just search the web for any info you are looking for.
Wow, great article! Super inspiring. I just love going fishing (and|&) outdoor activities. Thank you so much.
